Why we come out for a free roof check
We look at every roof in person — it is the only way to give you an honest number. The free roof check is quick to schedule, there is no charge and no obligation, and you get photos of anything we find.
We do the climbing so you do not have to — every job gets that in-person look on the roof itself, and we send you photos of what we found along with a clear quote before any work starts.

A few things that make the day go faster.
None of this is required — but taking care of it ahead of time means less back-and-forth once the crew is on site.
Unlock the gates.
Have the water spigot closest to the front parking area open and accessible — we use it for the treatment and for cleanup.
Close all windows before we start.
Move or cover anything under the eaves that you do not want wet or dusty — cars, patio furniture, shoes, floor mats, grills, ponds, and fountains.
Bring animal dishes inside and keep pets — especially dogs — inside while we are working.
Clear driveways, walkways, and other hard surfaces we will need to work around.
If you have a bee hive on the property, please have it taken care of before we get on the roof.
Let us know ahead of time if you have gutter guards installed, or more bees around than usual — it changes the bid.
If another contractor is scheduled around the same time, let's coordinate so JNR is the only crew on the property while we work.
