Last summer I had my gutters replaced, only to discover that the underground drains are apparently clogged, resulting in pooling around the base at ground level. I live in a manufactured home (on a lot, not in a park) in Milwaukie/Oak Grove area. At least one of the drain spots is surrounded by concrete but the others are dirt. Is this work you might be able to do? What would I need to do to obtain an estimate? Thank you
