We at Jnr Industries specialize in roof cleaning and roof maintenance and its most of what we do. We are very good and knowledgeable with the right skills, attitude, tools, and work ethic. We are not the cheapest but we are charging fair prices and its my goal for people to feel like they got a good value after we are done. The perfect customer knows that we are the experts, lets us work and trusts that we will do what we are paid to do. Please, there is no need to follow me around when I am trying to work. I like the customer that asks questions from time to time and checks in with me from time to time. Sometimes its best when the customer is not home and arrives when we are almost done or when we are completely done. I have cleaned thousands of roofs and I do a good job cleaning up the mess.
The perfect customer-customer of the year.

I like customers that let us contractors work and know that we are professionals.
As with anything in life, you get what you pay for. Paying a little more up front for a thorough job well done can be cheaper than a low-ball job. I can only image how fast the moss would grow back if a thorough job wasn’t done by someone with experience and forsight. You really haven’t saved any money by going with the cheaper job if you have to have it rewashed a few months later. Lesson in life–doing it right the first time is almost always cheaper in the long run.
They do excellent work! Jesse is professional, and knows what he’s doing. Just tell him what you want done and he’ll get it done. My husband and I were so happy we went with JNR Ind. rather than the “less expensive” bid our neighbors down the street went with. They were not at all satisfied; seems the less expensive guys had to go back 3 times to get it all done right. JNR was not that much more and it was done that day!
so a guy called me today and talked to me for a good fifteen min about roof cleaning. I gave hime my ballpark figures and told him I charge 150.00 plus the cost of the zinc to treat a roof and I only charge what I pay on the zinc. Told him it would be a little bit more to clean out the gutters and I would give him a sweet deal. He said he had a guy that would do all the gutter cleaning and treat the roof for less then 100 bucks. haha yeah right dont waste my time. If he falls off your roof and isnt licensed you will lose more then just your house I guarantee it. The laws are not in your favor when you hire an unlicensed. NO way could a licensed professional do that job for less then 100 as that does not even cover gas and materials. I stay booked out for 2 weeks with good reasonable fair customers that understand good value and are not trying to take advantage of people.
So I get calls from people all the time who want work done on their roof, but they think they know the right way to do the work. Me and my associates are good guys who have over fifty years of combined experience in the field so just let us do the work. We are up on roofs everyday and for years. We are doing what is best for the roof, environment, you, me and we are using the best equipment and products for the job. If we were out to cut corners and compromise the roof, we would not be able to be in business for long and we would not be good people. Its like, if I called you up for a service and said I dont like the way you do it, could you please do something else. I will let you be the expert at what you do and you let us be the experts at roof cleaning. I will keep you informed on every detail though if that is what you want but I wont compromise integrity.
Please dont cancell the day of of the night before. I had a customer cancel tonight for a job tomorrow your just setting yourself up for verbal abbuse from me. We rely on those jobs to pay our bills, take care of our families and to eat. How much of a piece of S are you to cancel the night before the job!
