I have been getting a lot of calls lately for bids, half my week is spent driving around looking at jobs and houses. If you are waiting for the sun to come out before you have me do the work, it could cost you and heres why. I am slower by nature when the weather is bad and its raining just from the frequency of people wanting to get work done when the sun is out. People generally want to wait for nice weather, so what that does is slams me with work when its nice outside. When I am slammed with work my prices go up because demand is higher. If you have me do the work when its raining and nasty out, you will save money. Roof cleaning can safely be done in the rian. Bids are only good for 4 weeks.
