Willing to have regular meetings with my good customers.

Had a meeting with a great customer who has been with me for a long time. Drank coffee and good conversation. I consider my good customers life long friends. We need to do that stuff more often in the US. Be more social like other countries. Break down those barriers and build those social networks.
